Meet our Leadership Team

Javier Gomez has extensive experience as an HR executive working for multinational companies. He is currently general manager of DDI México. He previously worked as a director of human resource development for Celanese Mexicana, a division of Hoechst Group, as well as vice president of human resources for Wyeth.

Recognized for his talent as a change agent by both corporate and professional association leaders, Javier has a well-developed business sense and an in-depth understanding of the HR function’s role. He has 25 years’ experience in HR management, corporate development, and change management. He has worked extensively in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries.

Javier has a number of significant accomplishments to his credit, ranging from business transformations to community relations. He has proven experience in helping personnel stay on course during periods of turbulent corporate change.

Javier has participated in executive development programs as well as the implementation of talent management strategies with a variety of companies. He has been a featured guest speaker at numerous national and international events.

In his community Javier is involved with the Human Resources Mexican Associations, serving as a board member during the last six years. He also was a past president of the Pharmaceutical Human Resources National Association.
