Learners who successfully complete courses in DDI's Inclusive Leadership Series are eligible to receive between 1.5 and 2.0 professional development credits (PDCs) for the following courses:

- Inclusion: Delegating Equitably
- Inclusion: Foster Psychological Safety in Meetings
- Inclusion: Resolve Conflict Fairly
- Inclusion: Take Action
To receive credits for the above courses, the course facilitator needs to issue a training completion certificate to the participant with the name of the course and Program ID. The participant will then need to add that information to their SHRM member portal to receive their PDCs.

Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI)
The Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) is a global leader in developing rigorous exams to demonstrate mastery and real-world application of forward-thinking HR practices, policies and principles. HRCI works to define and maintain the HR body of knowledge and offers assessments and certification of this knowledge. Human Resource certification demonstrates mastery of the HR body of knowledge and is widely accepted as a symbol of professional achievement. HRCI certifications require professionals to demonstrate their expertise in the core principles of HR practice and the application of those principles.
HRCI administers the certifications of PHR (Professional in Human Resources), SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) and GPHR (Global Professional in Human Resources). The PHR is more focused on the technical/operational aspects of HR whereas the SPHR is more focused on strategic HR and policy issues. The newest certification, GPHR is for professionals whose responsibilities include developing and implementing global HR strategies, managing operations overseas and international assignment management.
DDI is a recognized provider of recertification credits. HR Certification Institute® preapproved this program for indicated credit towards aPHR™, aPHRi™, PHR®, PHRca®, SPHR®, GPHR®, PHRi™ and SPHRi™ recertification.
DDI’s certification is in effect through December 2024.
