I am a person that stands out for driving a culture focused on the Client. I have an excellent interactions skills, diligence, and knowledge of the business which allows me to understand clients’ needs and formulate creative and disruptive solutions that ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.

I have a great versatility, I am an expert in DDI LATAM operations because I have worked for 23+ years in different strategic positions and led important projects that allowed growth, such as the opening of the DDI’s office in Brazil.

I am a very organized and persistent person, focus on achieving results as well as fulfilling commitments. I am also good at monitoring projects to ensure impeccable project execution.

I like to participate in global initiatives, I am currently a council champion for DDI LATAM on Inclusion & Diversity’s initiative.

I am fluent in spanish, english and portuguese, this has help me to interact with our customers and colleagues in different regions.  I have a Master degree in Global e-Management by EGADE – Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey.

My certifications with DDI are: Facilitator Trainer, Targeted Selection Administrator & Facilitator, Card Sort (Success Profiles), Assessment Center and Maximizing Performance.
