DDI Among Top Assessment and Evaluation Companies in 2022

For the sixth consecutive year, Training Industry named DDI to its 2022 Top 20 Assessment and Evaluation Companies List in the learning and development market.

Training Industry has produced a list of top assessment companies since 2017, and DDI has been included each time. Training Industry prepares the Training Industry Top 20 report on critical sectors of the corporate training marketplace to better inform professionals about the best and most innovative providers of training services and technologies.

“The companies on this year’s Top 20 Assessment and Evaluation Companies List deliver high-quality tools and techniques to not only evaluate and improve employee performance but also create actionable insights for the business and employees,” said Jessica Schue, market research analyst at Training Industry, Inc. “Covering a wide range of assessment types, such as employee development, performance, knowledge retention, leadership potential and more through extensive research and proven insights, these organizations lead the assessment and evaluation market.”

The selection of the 2022 Training Industry Top 20 Assessment and Evaluation Companies List was based on the following criteria:

  • Breadth and quality of assessment capabilities and evaluation techniques.
  • Industry visibility, innovation and impact in assessment and evaluation market.
  • Client and user representation.
  • Business performance and growth.

DDI was the first company in the world to introduce the assessment center methodology to the commercial market. Over the last 50 years, DDI refined and innovated its methodologies to provide a wide array of assessment tools, a more engaging participant experience and greater business impact at every level from individual contributors up to the C-suite. With more than 30 global assessment centers and a host of virtual assessments, DDI’s assessments have enabled organizations around the world to make data-driven decisions in selecting their leaders and maximizing their effectiveness by creating personalized development plans based on each leader’s unique strengths and weaknesses.

Furthermore, major corporations make crucial decisions for 3,000 senior executives each year using DDI’s assessment process. In addition, organizations that use DDI’s Targeted Selection® behavioral interviewing system consistently have reduced turnover by up to 50 percent.
