Human Resources Director (HRD) Australia Named DDI a Top HR Service Provider

SYDNEY—DDI is a winner of Human Resources Director magazine’s annual Service Provider Awards, earning gold in the Learning and Development category for their leadership development subscription. This is the second time DDI has won this distinguished award, having also received gold in 2020, as well as earning an HRD 5-Star Learning and Development gold award in the L&D training provider category in 2021.

HRD’s Service Provider winners have adapted swiftly to emerging trends over the past year and are helping HR leaders to confront their most pressing challenges. DDI’s latest award-winning solution, a leadership development subscription, was built to give leaders flexible development and tools to quickly adapt to tough challenges, both on their own and with their peers.

“Being listed as a service provider of choice for our leadership development subscription is an honour and a testament to the impact of our work for both leaders and their organisations,” said Dominique Powrie, managing director of DDI. “Leaders need to constantly grow. That’s why we constantly research, innovate and create leadership development experiences that enable leaders in any organisation to be their best selves.”

HRD’s Service Provider Awards recognise the industry’s top performers in 10 key service areas including corporate health and wellbeing, employment law, human capital management systems, learning and development, payroll systems, pre-employment screening and psychometric assessment, recruitment systems and technology, rewards and recognition, talent management and workforce management software.

Vendors operating in these areas were invited to submit nominations during a call for entries conducted from August to September this year. The entries included an overview of their business or product, insight into their point of difference in the industry, statistics around market share and growth over the past 12 months and other relevant information such as industry accolades, client testimonials and the like. The HRD team reviewed all the submissions, with the top three in each category awarded gold, silver and bronze.

About Human Resources Director Magazine

Human Resources Director (HRD) is Australia’s only magazine written for and targeted purely at the most senior HR professionals (CHROs and HR directors) and top corporate decision makers.

With seats secured at the executive table, HR directors are now looking to retain their positions and justify why they need to be there. To do so, they are required to have a comprehensive understanding of business and business strategy, while also carrying out their more traditional HR requirements.

HRD magazine works with some of the world’s most high-profile business schools and leverages off Key Media’s global footprint to talk with the leading HR practitioners from around the globe. HRD magazine engages the decision makers that matter by publishing an industry standard magazine that supports both the business and best practice functional requirements placed on HRDs in their evolving roles.
