Meet our Leadership Team

Suchada joined DDI in 2003 and currently serves as Vice President for DDI ASEAN, covering our operations in Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, and Thailand.  She is responsible for developing and executing ASEAN’s business strategy, including sales, business development, marketing, consulting, and financial performance.

Since assuming her regional role in September 2018, Suchada has provided significant leadership to strengthen alignment and synergy across the region, and to establish a systematic approach to accelerate growth of key talent, build bench, and develop capability of skills necessary to achieve the region’s strategic goals.  

Suchada represents DDI in public forums and presents at conferences, as well as DDI and client events on leadership and talent trends.  

Accomplished in a broad range of leadership and talent management practices, Suchada has provided business-relevant counsel to a diverse range of organizations and industries identifying needs and proposing solutions primarily in the areas of leadership development, succession management and talent acquisition.  During her time as Managing Director of DDI Thailand prior to 2018, she partnered with several strategic blue-chip accounts to implement comprehensive, large-scale and sustainable succession management programs encompassing success profiling, high potential identification, immersive executive assessment and development.

Suchada has an appreciation of art, aesthetics and design and finds passion and joy in decorating her home.
