Beth Egan is a thought leader who also embodies the principles of agile leadership and organizational growth mindset.  She brings thirty-five years of strategic and operational business experience to executive coaching and facilitation and is passionate about helping clients accelerate their potential and empower their teams.

Ms. Egan’s business experience includes building flagship brands, managing P&L responsibility, and developing capabilities with industry-leading Fortune 100 companies. She leverages business success plus ICF-accredited Certified Professional Coach and Master Facilitator credentials to inspire growth and development with senior leaders in large organizations. Ms. Egan has strong expertise in culture transformation, agile & inclusive leadership, coaching for emotional intelligence, and advancing female talent. Industry experience includes Food & Beverage, Bottler Operations, Energy & Technology, Healthcare, Media, Retail, Banking, Government and HR/Staffing.

Prior to joining DDI, Ms. Egan served in marketing and commercial leadership roles at The Coca-Cola Company for twenty years. She was advisor to the Global Transformation Leaders Forum for the Office of the CEO, inspiring large-scale adoption of behavior change initiatives including agile leadership, TED Talks for Business, and organizational growth mindset. She has also built marketing and commercial capability, led planning and execution cycles, developed brand strategies and created innovation pipelines. Additionally, Beth volunteers her time to coach first generation/immigrant college degree candidates on culture and career transition.

Her coaching engagements have included high-potential assessments, executive coaching, and development planning for leaders in North America, Europe, Asia, and Africa; C-Suite and senior executives both in functional areas and corporate roles; and Women in Leadership emerging talent. Her facilitator roles have included Women in Leadership, Change Management, Developing Personal Resilience, Developing Emotional Intelligence, and Mid-Level Leadership.
